(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF SOUTH YORKSHIRE AND IN PARTICULAR CONCERNING POLICE WORK THE LAW AND POLICE PROCEDURES (B) TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY IMPROVE
