FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH AND DISABILITYAND THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR PARTICIPATION IN AMATEUR SPORT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:(I) PROVIDING FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER RESOURCES TO ENABLE YOUNG DISABLED PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORT AND/OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES; AND (II) SECURING ACCESS FOR YOUNG DISABLED PEOPLE TO THE FACILITIES OF CLUBS AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN SPORT AND/OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
