TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE CARE OF THE ELDERLY AND INFIRM IN SUCH CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF SUCH OBJECTS) TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL CARE AND ATTENTION FOR SUCH PERSONS ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS IN NURSING HOMES, CONVALESCENT HOMES OR CLINICS WITHOUT LIMITATIONS OF SEX, RACE, AGE OR CREED AND TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE CARING FOR THEM
