THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY AND DISABLED PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY THOSE FROM THE ASIAN COMMUNITY, WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON, BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
