TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF A DRUM CORPS MARCHING BAND, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITY, THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS OF SOCIETY.
