TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH INTO THE NEEDS AND ASSOCIATED DISORDERS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM DRUG, ALCOHOL OR OTHER ADDICTION AND TO PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF.
