THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, WHICH SHALL BE THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON, BY THE PROVISION AND EQUIPPING OF A NEW CARDIAC INVESTIGATION UNIT AT MAYDAY UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, CROYDON AND THE PROVISION OF OTHER EQUIPMENT IN FURTHERANCE OF THE SPECIALTY OF CARDIOLOGY AT THE SAID HOSPITAL, PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES SHALL NOT APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE TRUST FUND IN SUPPLEMENTING PUBLIC FUNDS.
