TO PROVIDE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE TO PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN RESIDENT WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS COVERED BY THE CLUBS CONSTITUTIONG DISTRICT 105W AND THOSE ARES COVERED BY ANY ADDITIONAL CLUBS IN FUTURE COMPRISING PART OF DISTRICT 105W . TO PROVIDE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF ANY CHILDREN AFOREMENTIONED. TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN ELSEWHERE AND TO THEIR PARENTS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES
