THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY AND INFIRM PERSONS AND PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL/OR LEARNING DISABILITIES IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON (NOT BEING RESIDENT IN AN INSTITUTION OR NURSING HOME AS DEFINED BY THE NATIONAL ASSISTANCE ACT 1948 OR THE CHRONICALLY SICK AND DISABLED PERSONS ACT 1970) BY THE PROVISION OF A SITTING SERVICE TO RELIEVE THOSE WHO ARE CARING FOR OR NURSING THEM. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO PERSONS CARING FOR OR NURSING SUCH ELDERLY AND INFIRM PERSONS AND PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL AND /OR LEARNING DISABILITIES.
