(A) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR LOCAL CHILDREN OR THE FAMILIES THEREOF, SUCH THERAPEUTIC, EDUCATIONAL OR STIMULATING TOYS AS CONSIDERED SUITABLE BY THE ASSOCIATION WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE (B) TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHT YEARS BY OFFERING PARENTS AND CARERS THE FACILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND MEET THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY TOY LIBRARIES
