ADVANCING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, AERONAUTICAL ART, SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING, AND MORE PARTICULARLY, FOR THOSE PURPOSES INTER ALIA: (1)BY AWARDING MEDALS, AWARDS AND PRIZES FOR ACHIEVEMENT IN THESE SUBJECTS; (2)BY PROVIDING LECTURES; (3)BY AWARDING GRANTS TO STUDENTS IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE THEM TO UNDERTAKE OR COMPLETE COURSES OF STUDY IN THE AFOREMENTIONED SUBJECTS.
