WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SAILING BY DISABLED PEOPLE THROUGH COORDINATION AND INTEGRATION WITH THE EXISTING STRUCTURE OF ASSOCIATIONS AND CLUBS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM
