TO USE THE INCOME ARISING FROM THE TRUST FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FEES AND THE COST OF OR CONTRIBUTING TOWARD THE COST OF MAINTAINING OR ASSISTING IN THE MAINTENANCE OF OR PROVIDING BOOKS OR OTHER NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF YOUNG PERSONS (BEING PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE YEARS) WHO ARE FOLLOWING A COURSE OF EDUCATION IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
