Charitable objects
THE FORUM IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS IN THE PARISH OF TOVIL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA TO ADVANCE EDUCATION; TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS OR DISTRESS AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS.
