FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAMPFORDS ,ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ST. MICHAEL'S CHURCH, GREAT SAMPFORD AND ST. MARY'S CHURCH, LITTLE SAMPFORD BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE, RESTORATION AND REPAIR OF THE BUILDINGS AND FABRIC OF THE SAID CHURCHES.
