TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG THE ASIAN COMMUNITY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS BY THE PROVISION OF LEGAL AND WELFARE ADVICE; TO ADVANCE EDUCATION,PARTICULARLY AMONG ASIAN COMMUNITY,BY THE PROVISION OF CLASSES AND VISITS TO PLACES OF HISTORICAL INTEREST; AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR WOMEN WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
