1)TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE GOOD HEALTH,BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL,OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM VIOLENCE,PERSECUTION OR MAL-TREATMENT IN THEIR HOMES 2)TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC INTO THEIR PROMBLEMS OF MAL-TREATED WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN AND INTO THE CAUSES AND WAYS OF PREVENTING OR RELIEVING SUFFERING CAUSED BY SUCH MAL-TREATMENT
