TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 5-24 BY PROMOTING GOOD RACE RELATIONS WHICH ENDEAVOUR TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION ON GROUNDS OF RACE AND ENCOURAGE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS.
