(A) FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF PEOPLE LIVING IN ENGLAND AND WALES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY PRESENT AND PAST PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES OF DE AND J LEVY AND THEIR DEPENDANTS (B) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITES INCLUDING SPORTING FACILITIES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE. (C) FOR SUCH PURPOSES BOTH IN ENGLAND AND WALES AND ELSEWHERE AS ARE RECOGNISED BY THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME SELECT.
