Charitable objects
(1) TO BENEFIT THE INHABITANTS OF DAVID LEE AND BRASSETT POINT AND THE LEATHER GARDENS ESTATE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, EDUCATION AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (2) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE OR CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY POINTS OF VIEW .
