Charitable objects
(1) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE PROVISION OF FREE LEGAL ADVICE AND LEGAL SERVICES PARTICULARLY WHERE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION IS AVERRED TO PLAY A SIGNIFICANT PART AND IN CASES CONCERNING SUCH PERSONS AND ASSISTANCE TO SUCH PERSONS ENABLING THEM TO OBTAIN APPROPRIATE LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND REPRESENTATION AND (11) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE LAW AND PRACTICE RELATING TO RACE DISCRIMINATION.
