(A) TO FOSTER RELATIONS BETWEEN THE ISRAEL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AT HAIFA (THE TECHNICIAN) AND RELEVANT CIRCLES IN GREAT BRITAIN FACILITATING EXCHANGE OF LECTURERS AND RESEARCH WORKERS AND STUDENTS (B) GENERALLY TO ADVANCE ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SCIENCES, TECHNOLOGY AND KINDRED SUBJECTS (C) TO FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE TECHNICAL BY ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BY COLLECTION OF BOOKS AND EQUIPMENT BY DONATIONS INCLUDING DEED OF COVENANT AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME APPEAR DESIRABLE (D) TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER LAWFUL GOINGS AS ARE IDENTICAL OR CONDUCIVE TO ABOVE SUBJECTS
