ACQUISITION OF LAND (FREEHOLD OR LEASEHOLD) AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ERECTING THEREON, OR ON SOME PART THEREOF, A BUILDING OR BUILDINGS TO BE USED AS A VILLAGE HALL, INSTITUTE, COMMUNITY OR SOCIAL CENTRE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LYNDHURST OR, IF THIS SHALL NOT BE POSSIBLE OR PRACTICABLE, FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DECIDE
