Charitable objects

(1) THE PROVISION OF A HOME FOR AGED PERSONS CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR AGE RESIDENT IN TONBRIDGE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR AGED PERSONS WHO ARE DEPENDENT RELATIVES OF SUCH PERSONS RESIDENT IN THIS AREA (2) TO PROMOTE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THIS AREA AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE
