ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR AND DESERVING PERSONS WHO ARE PREVENTED BY THEIR AGE OR INFIRMITIES FROM EARNING A LIVING AND WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE PARISH OF CHALFONT ST. GILES FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN FIRSTLY TO OLD MARRIED COUPLES AND SECONDLY TO OLD PEOPLE.
