PAYMENTS OF PENSIONS TO MEMBERS OF THE MERCERS' COMPANY AND THEIR FAMILIES WO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. 3. RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
