TO KEEP DOWN THE INTEREST ON THE MORTGAGES FROM TIME TO TIME EXISTING ON THE PROPERTY. 3. TO UTILISE ANY RENTS AND INCOME OF THE PREMISES OR IN THE EVENT OF THE SALE IN MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHARITIES IN THE VILLAGE OF SHOREHAM OR ELSEWHERE
