IF ON THE OCCASION FOR A VACANCY THERE IS NO SUITABLE APPLICANT QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPOINT AS AN ALMSPERSON A POOR WIDOW OF GOOD CHARACTER RESIDENT IN A NEIGHBOURING PARISH.
