Charitable objects

SUCH OF THE PURPOSES OF THE FIRE SERVICES NATIONAL BENEVOLENT FUND AS ARE CHARITABLE. THESE PURPOSES ARE THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONGST, AND THE SUPPLY OF NEEDS AND COMFORTS TO AND OTHERWISE FOR THE ASSISTANCE AND BENEFIT OF MEMBERS OF THE FIRE SERVICES, AND THEIR DEPENDANTS; ALSO OF MEMBERS, FORMER MEMBERS AND DEPENDANTS OF APPROVED WORKS FIRE BRIGADES AND THE THREE SALVAGE CORPS, VIZ LONDON, LIVERPOOL AND GLASGOW.
