LOANS NOT EXCEEDING $1,500 IN ANY ONE CASE WITHOUT INTEREST, FOR ANY TERM NOT EXCEEDING SEVEN YEARS, TO POOR PERSONS OF NOT MORE THAN 40 YEARS OF AGE RESIDING OR BONA FIDE CARRYING ON TRADE, MANUFACTURE, BUSINESS OR PROFESSION WITHIN THE CITY OF LONDON WITH A PREFERENCE FOR SUCH PERSONS AS ARE RESIDING OR BONA FIDE CARRYING ON TRADE MANUFACTURE BUSINESS OR PROFESSION WITHIN THE WARD OF BREAD STREET AND ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 30 YEARS.
