THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME THEREOF IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF OR REGULARY ATTTEND FOR WORSHIP AT THE STRICT BAPTIST CHAPEL, AT BEXLEY, IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY, OR ANY OTHER STRICT BAPTIST CHAPEL, WITHIN A RADIUS OF 30 MILES FROM THE CHAPEL AND WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
