PROVISON AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR WOMEN OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE PARISH OF MONKEN HADLEY OR IN THE PARISH OF HADLEY FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT OR WHO HAVE RESIDED IN EITHER OF THE PARISHES FOR A PERIOND OF NOT LESS THAN TEN YEARS CONSECUTIVELY. (PREFERENCE TO THOSE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF MONKEN HADLEY).
