(A) THE PAYMENTS TO ANY NURSES OR FORMER NURSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DEEM NECESSARY HAVING REGARD TO THE MEANS HEALTH AGE AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE RESPECTIVE PAYEES. (B) BENEFIT OF ANY NURSES BY WAY OF EDUCATION GRANT OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR ATTENDANCES AT CONFERENCE OR COURSES. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 OF TRUST DEED)
