TRIENNIAL AWARD FOR THE BEST CONTRIBUTION ON A SUBJECT OF IMMEDIATE PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE WITH REGARD TO PUBLIC HEALTH, TO SOME MEDICO-POLITICAL OR MEDICAL-SOCIOLOGICAL PROBLEM OR TO SOME EDUCATIONAL QUESTION WHETHER GENERAL MEDICAL OR POSTGRADUATE. IF AND SO FAR THE IMCOME IN ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED AS AFORESAID THE SAME MAY BE APPLIED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESEARCH IN THE AFORESAID FIELD OF MEDICINE.
