1.THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) ARE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE FORMER URBAN DISTRICT OF BENTLEY WITH ARKSEY.PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO POOR WIDOWS SO QUALIFIED.2.THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES.
