(A) TO HELP NEEDY AND DESERVING BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS RESIDENT IN CHORLEY AND DISTRICT. (B) TO ASSIST THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED BY THE PROVISION OF RECORDED TAPES. (C) DO ALL SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE THINGS AS ARE INCIDENTAL TO OR CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTIVES, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF A CENTRE FOR THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED.
