INCOME TO BE PAID TO THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SAILOR'S CHILDREN'S SOCIETY TO BE APLLIED BY SUCH TRUSTEES RESPECTIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE RELIEF OF NECESSITOUS CHILDREN BEING DEPENDANTS OR RELATIVES OF MERCHANT SEAMAN OF KINGSTON UPON HULL AFORESAID FOR THE TIME BEING IN OR UNDER THE CARE, CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF THE SAILOR'S CHILDRENS SOCIETY.
