THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOME FOR THE POOR CHILDREN OR POOR PERSONS FOR WHOSE CARE AND MAINTENANCE THE COUNTY COUNCIL MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIME BEING, PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO POOR CHILDREN OR POOR PERSONS BELONGING TO THE OLD TOWN OF BRIDLINGTON.
