TO PROVIDE ANNUALLY A SILVER CUP TO BE CALLED "THE STANLEY COHEN CUP" TO BE AWARDED TO WHICHEVER COMPANY OF THE 5TH BATTALION, KING'S (LIVERPOOL) REGIMENT IS ADJUDGED BY THE COMMANDING OFFICER OF THE BATTALION AS THE BEST ALL-ROUND COMPANY DURING THE PRECEDING YEAR REGARD BEING HAD TO RECRUITING DRILL MUSKETRY DISCIPLINE AND GENERAL OFFICIENCY.
