THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE WHO HAVE BEEN PLACED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PROBATION OFFICER ASSIGNED TO THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF SUNDERALDN WITHIN THE DURHAM COUNTY COMBINED PROBATON AREA OR WHO ARE BEING ADVISED, BEFRIENDED OR ASSISTED BY SUCH PROBATION OFFICERS AS AFORESAID AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDIE TO THE GENERALITY OR THE FOREGOING FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF DISCHARGED PRISONERS.
