DURING THE LIFETIME OF THE SAID HAROLD MAXWELL BUDGEN TO APPLY THE INCOME OR CAPITAL TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE ASSOCIATIONS SOCIETIES INSTITUTIONS PURPOSES OR OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL WITH THE CONSENT OF THE SAID HAROLD MAXWELL BUDGEN DETERMINE OR TO ACCUMULATE INCOME WITH SUCH CONSENT AND AS SOON AS CONVENIENTLY MAY BE AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SAID HAROLD MAXWELL BUDGEN THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY AND DISTRIBUTE THE WHOLE OF THE CAPITAL AND ANY UNDISTRIBUTED INCOME TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE ASSOCIATIONS SOCIETIES INSTITUTIONS PURPOSES OR OBJECTS AS THEY SHALL THINK FIT.
