THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE I. THE RELIEF OF BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION. II. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE. III. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECTS ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED FOR ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO BENEFICIARIES.
