THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND DISTRESS AMONG CHILDREN OF EMPLOYEES AND EX-EMPLOYEES OF THE LONDON MIDLAND REGION OF BRITISH RAILWAYS WHO ARE IN NEED AND WHO HAVE LOST BY DEATH OR OTHER MEANS EITHER OR BOTH OF THEIR PARENTS OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE SEPARATED OR DIVORCED OR WHOSE HOME CONDITIONS ARE UNSTAISFACTORY BY REASON OR ILLNESS OR OTHER CAUSE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO PROVIDE GRANTS, CLOTHING AND OTHER NECESSITIES OF LIFE FOR THE AFORESAID CHILDREN PARTICULARLY FOR BIRTHDAYS AND AT CHRISTMAS TIME.
