THE RELIEF OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISH OF WHALEY BRIDGE IN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE, SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE BOROUGH OF HIGH PEAK IN THE SAID COUNTY AS WERE FORMERLY COMPRISED IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF TAXAL AND IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF FERNILEE AND THAT PART OF THE PARISH OF WILDBOARCLOUGH IN THE COUNTY OF CHESHIRE WHICH WAS FORMERLY COMPRISED IN THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF TAXAL EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY.
