Charitable objects

TO PROVIDE TWO PENSIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF WORKMEN, WORKWOMEN OF CLERKS WHO MAY AFTER CONSECUTIVE SERVICE OF AT LEAST 10 YEARS WITH THE COMPANY OR THEIR PREDECESSORS BECOME INCAPACITATED WHILE IN THE SERVICE OF THE PRESENT COMPANY, AND OF WIDOWS AND ORPHANS OF PERSONS WHO HAVING BEEN IN THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY OR THEIR PREDECESSORS FOR AT LEAST TEN CONSECUTIVE YEARS MAY HAVE DIED WHILE IN THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY OR DURING AN ILLNESS WHICH NECESSITATED THE TERMINATION OF THAT SERVICE END PREVENTED EMPLOYMENT ELSEWHERE.
