Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY UP TO 50% OF THE NET YEARLY INCOME FROM THE INVESTMENTS TO THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE AND UP TO 50% OF THE NET YEARLY INCOME FROM THE INVESTMENTS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION BY THE RESTORATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL UPKEEP OF ST MARY'S CHURCH, WELTON BY LINCOLN
