Private Members Only Fraternity whose activities include: 1) assisting members who are in difficulty or need; 2) assisting Widows, Partners, Orphans, or other Dependants of deceased members, who are in difficulty or need; 3) supporting such external philanthropic charitable objects at both national and local levels as may be deemed desirable.
