TO PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY RESIDENT IN THE GRANGETOWN AND EAST CENTRAL WARDS OF THE URBAN DISTRICT OF ESTON BY ASSISTING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND RESIDENTS IN A COMMON EFFOR TO FURTHER HEALTH, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF RESIDENTS AND TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY SPIRIT FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THIS AND SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS MAY BE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE.
