FOR THE MOST DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF HEWELSFIELD AS IN 77 III(A)(B) EITHER DIRECTLY OR BY AIDING FUNDS OF ANY PROVIDENT OR FRIENDLY ASSOCIATIONS TO WHICH RECIPIENTS BELONG OR BY PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS TO WHICH RESPECTIVELY IT SHOULD BE THE OBJECT TO PROVIDE THEM WITH LIKE BENEFITS.
