THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS PROVISIONALLY REGISTERED BY THE GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL UNDER THE MEDICAL ACT 1956 OR SUCCEEDING LEGISLATION HAVING COMMENCED THEIR MEDICAL STUDIES AT UNIVERSITY OR MEDICAL SCHOOL AFTER THE DATED OF THEIR TWENTY-THIRD BIRTHDAY WHO BY REASON OF FINANCIAL DEPENDENCE ON THEM OF WIVES, CHILDREN, PARENTS OR DEPENDANTS ARE IN NECESSITIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES DURING THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE PERIOD BETWEEN PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION AND FULL REGISTRATION BY THE GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL.
